RTPS Assam is a Government Portal. The act was passed in 2012 and amended in 2019. This Portal made it easy to get closer to all Public Services within a short time. There is right now more than 150 services are included.

How to Register RTPS Assam Online?
Follow the steps below to register for the RTPS Portal. It’s an easy and quick register guide-
Step 1: Go to https://rtps.assam.gov.in/ and log in to this portal.
Step 2: For existing users who have already registered.
An existing user can log in using their registered email address and password by clicking the “Log in” link on the RTPS homepage section.

For New Users: User registration is required and can be done by going to the RTPS site, clicking “Log in,” and then clicking the “REGISTER HERE” link as shown below.
Step 3: To complete the registration procedure, fill out the form with the necessary information and click to “Validate, information”
Step 4: For verification purposes, an OTP will be emailed and to the mobile number sent, then very the “OTP”
Step 5: Enter the OTP and then click “Submit.”
Step 6: The user has been registered successfully.
Step-7: A registered user can now log in to use any service by clicking on the “Login” link on the homepage and entering their email address and password.
Step-8: The following service page will appear after a successful login.
Step 9: To see all of the services that are offered, go here. “Apply for services” -> “View all available services” click on “Apply for services” -> “View all available services”

Step-10: In the “Search” box on the right-hand side of the web application, key in the desired name of the service to apply for, for example, “service,” and then click on the “Cess Pool Service” service link to apply for it.

Step 11: Complete the form with the needed user information.
Step 12: Fill out the CAPTCHA and click “Submit.“
Step-13: The user information submitted will be displayed on the next page; if the information is valid, proceed to “Make Payment,” if not, use the “Edit” option to make changes to the form.
Step 14: Select “Make Payment” from the drop-down menu.
Step 15: Select “Bank Name” and “Proceed for Payment”
Step-16: The produced “GRN Number” will be displayed on the next page.
Step 17: Now click “Submit Success” to continue.
Step 18: For the applied service, an acknowledgment form will be generated, which should be printed for future reference.
Step 19: Go to “View Status of Application” -> “Track Application Status” to track the status of an applied service.

Step-20: To acquire the information about the application, enter the application reference number of the applied service in the “App Ref No.” field and click “Get Data.”
Step 21: To examine the current status and other details of the applied service, click on the Service name.
