CCL form means Child Care Leave. Those women working for the government service who have minor children (under the age of 18) may be granted CCL (Child Care Leave) for a maximum of two years, or 730 days during the course of their employment, to care and nourishment for their minor children, whether for parenting or to attend to any of their requirements like exams, sickness, etc.

The state government will pay the government women employees for the time off taken for child care according to its regulations. Only children over the age of 18 are eligible for Child Care Leave (CCL), which is available to women employees. Some conditions of the Child Care Leave Application

  • The CCL is only looked after for the health and education of children.
  • It is a service that is accessible for child care until the child is 18 years old; as a result, it should be used wisely staggered over many years until the first two children become 18 years old and when the child actually needs a mother’s presence 24 hours a day.
  • Before 15 (fifteen) days from the day the leave is sought, an application for CCL must be submitted.
  • CCL cannot be demanded as a matter of right, and allowing female university employees to care for their kids when necessary (during childbirth, exams, and illnesses) does not entail that CCL should interfere with the way that offices and other institutions run.
  • Any employee who wants to take CCL must first get permission from the appropriate authority.
  • In no more than three stints per year may CCL be awarded.
  • Except in certain exceptional circumstances where the leave sanctioning authority is fully satisfied with the need for child care leave to be provided to the probationer, CCL is typically not permitted during the probationary period.
  • Additionally, the duration of time that this leave is authorized during probation may be limited. Any other type of leave that has already been allowed, used, or taken during a time of unlawful absence cannot be retroactively changed into CCL.
